After a year's hiatus due to the pandemic, the Valencia Culinary Festival returns to the calendar of events in the Capital of the Turia. An initiative organized by Valencia Premium, an association of companies that brings together the most exclusive and unique tourist offer of the destination, with the collaboration of Turisme Comunitat Valenciana, Visit València and Diputación de Valencia. The fifth edition of the festival will begin on May 30 and last until June 12. A total of fifteen days where food lovers, specialists in the sector, and why not, anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Valencian gastronomy, can enjoy four-handed menus, presentations and activities. The aim of this edition is to bring the work of producers, chefs and waiters closer to the diners. The line-up for this year's edition is made up of: Ricard Camarena, Luis Valls (El Poblet), Bernd Knoller (RIFF), Begoña Rodrigo (La Salita), Carito Lourenço and Germán Carrizo (FIerro), Yoshikazu Yanome (Kaido Sushi Bar), Enrique Medina (Apicius), Roberto Lozano (Casa Montaña), Fran Espí (La Sucursal), Sara Olmedo (Alma del Temple), Carlos Julián (Ampar), Llisa Negra de Quique Dacosta, Junior Franco (Paraíso Travel), Ostra Valencia, Iván Talens (cocktail maker Hotel Only You Valencia). In addition to collaborators of the different actions of this year with: D.O. Arròs de València, Olenda, Les Perles de Valencia, Curii Uvas y Vinos, Javi Revert, Begoístas, Vermut Vittore, Vacum, Mercado Central, Corporate Yachting, Only You, SH Valencia Palace.
