València hosts for the second time the CLEC Fashion Festival, an event fully committed to the support of creative talent promoted by the Association of Fashion Designers of the Valencian Community. The festival is reiterated as a multidisciplinary platform, welcoming creative facets such as photography, beauty, cinema, art, music and gastronomy.
During the mornings of October 30 and 31, the Hemisfèric will become a stage where you can learn from professionals in the Beauty, photoshooting, talks and cooking stages. While the afternoons will be the scene of the most transgressive proposals by the designers of CLEC: Ágatha Ruiz de la Prada, Dolores Cortés, Miquel Suay, Isabel Sanchís and the great promises of fashion, such as Visori, 404 Studio, Yvan Andreu, Alvaro Mars and Eduardo Navarrete.
In addition, this year the festival has a star incorporation, Custo Dalmau. The Barcelona fashion designer will step on CLEC for the first time to share his latest spring-summer 2022 collection called "I trust me" and presented in New York. Likewise, those attending the parade will be able to see the fashion film that Custo launched for the first time at the big apple fashion week.
The CLEC gastronomic corner returns with more force than ever thanks to the leadership of the journalist Puri Naya and the participation of chefs such as Bernd Knöller, Mar Soler, Begoña Rodrigo, Carito Lourenço, Alberto Lozano Manzano and Rafa Soler, who will form couple with some of the designers who parade at the festival.

During the festival, it will also be able to visit the installation “Las diez tentaciones” by Francis Montesinos, where you will be able to visit his ten most iconic creations, paying tribute to the highlights of the avant-garde designer.
On the other hand, attendees will also have the opportunity to sit down and listen to some of the conferences that will take place on the stage of talks, which will deal with topics as interesting as the fashion film industry as a new communication tool, education in fashion , sustainability and digital crafts, among others.
Avant-garde designers to discuss the fashion industry in the Valencian Community
The fashion designers who propelled the industry during the 20th century in the Valencian Community will give a conference at the CLEC to share their experience with the festival goers. Among the speakers are Juan Andrés Mompó, haute couture couturier awarded with the Bright Needle (2013), Enrique Lodares, designer with more than forty years of experience dedicated to fashion and also winner of the Bright Needle (2015), Amparo Chordá , dressmaker known for her work in show business and also winner of the 2021 Bright Needle, Presen Rodríguez, Mayte Spinola Fashion Gold Medal, an award that is only given to haute couture creators and Francis Montesinos, the designer avant-garde that has always opted for modernity and for the re-interpretation of Spanish roots from fashion.
To close this impressive call, the hairdresser who revolutionized hairdressing and aesthetics, Tono Sanmartín, and who has worked with all the invited designers, will accompany them to counterpoint his work in collaboration with them.
The conference will take place on October 30 at the Hemisfèric of La Ciutat de les Arts i les Ciències within the framework of the Clec Fashion Festival, and will aim to review the careers of the speakers to deepen the entrepreneurship work of the designers.
