Illustrations and images full of life and color emerge from among the trees and plants of the Jardí Botànic de la Universitat de València, offering us a sensory experience that proposes a new way of discovering this space, while enhancing a unique garden in Valencia where visitors can admire nature in detail.

The installation, created by Cachetejack, a duo composed by illustrators Nuria Bellver and Raquel Fanjul, is produced by the Jardí Botànic de la Universitat de València and World Design Capital Valencia 2022. It is part of the World Design Capital Valencia 2022 program and contributes to disseminating the values of the New European Bauhaus in our region.

Life Wins! shows us the power of life, growth and transformation. The union of the four essential elements keeps us interconnected, generating synergies from which to observe calmly and with the certainty that the vital force can overcome everything. A total of twenty illustrations await to be discovered in the Botanical Garden with the color and graphic power of Cachetejack, a creative studio that has signed campaigns for major brands and projects around the world.

The music composer Lucas Chantre participates with the sound piece 'Botanical Rhythm' at the tropical greenhouse. The installation also includes a mural work on the façade of the Garden, which will remain on display throughout 2022.

The New European Bauhaus is an initiative promoted by the European Commission to connect the European Green Deal with our living spaces and experiences. It calls us to imagine and build together a sustainable, beautiful and inclusive future; through places, practices and enriching experiences, capable of fostering dialogue between cultures, disciplines, genders and ages.
