Add to calendar 05/06/21 12:00 05/06/21 Europe/Madrid Masters & Beginners, chapter 10: Dani Nebot & Jaime Sebastián Airing on 6 May at 12 noon, on our YouTube channel. As well as coinciding in their colour-coding from the ankles down, the designers Dani Nebot (National Design Award 1995) and Jaime Sebastián coincided in their love of paper. Their first meeting was like a collision, but a good one, during which they discussed aspects of design from the Neolithic until today. Then, in the backroom behind the studio, they showed each other some handcrafting techniques.
  • Dani Nebot: Graphic and product design, visual identity and displays. National Design Award 1995. With the arrival of the eighties and the explosion of Valencian design, he founded the Enebecé studio which, in 1984, merged with the Caps i Mans studio, setting the seed from which the group La Nave would germinate. In 1991, Daniel Nebot founded his own design studio with which he has achieved great international prestige and numerous recognitions for his work, such as the Laus Award (1993), the Design Plus of Frankfurt (1993), the National Design Award (1995), AEPD Award (Spanish Association of Design Professionals, 1995), the Mestre Fad (2008), the Medalla de Bellas Artes (2008) and the Generalitat Valenciana Award (2018).
  • Jaime Sebastián: After working for several years as a freelance graphic designer, he specialised in the design of printed products with the publishing company Handshake. He enjoys researching and experimenting with book design.
